Hi guys... after long time, but today it is not about finance just to talk about our habits. I am not here to say what is habit but why it is, we all do promises to change our habits or to start a habit on birthdays / new year. isn’t it?
It is good to take initiation / thought to start one on a good day, but to start a good work, don’t wait for a good day to start it. just start at the moment, you thought of it like you are ordering pizza at the moment you want to eat it.
I am not joking. We people always intent to do things which are simple and quick. (That is why in India QSR (Quick Service Restaurent - like Dominos, Pizzahut, KFC etc.,) business is in trend - it is not a recommendation to start your QSR business / to buy a QSR stock).
Heard a quote “ bad things are simple to implement, and addict-able to lose ”.
We all know junk food is not good for our health. But still we are all paying price to deteriorate our health. Looking silly but serious one.
We all wanna be looking fit but it is easy to gain belly rather than being fit. Right? (take care of your health and it save your wealth).

Good things or changes will take time to reflect it's results.
In childhood where habits are new to us and we can imitate them easily. And once we got conscious, we can differentiate good and bad one. But off-course we can’t welcome any new change such easily. Making a life change is pretty scary but know what’s even scarier? Regret.
when you welcome a change, you can start it in SIP mode. (You know about SIP, Right?). So, to be successful, there is no elevator, we need to take steps.
Consistency is key and it is an essential to get results in our life either it is a good or bad habit.
“It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, it’s what we do consistently.” - Anthony Robbins.
But to our bad, we need reminders to be consistent. So we can use our dearest friend to remind at necessary times. But who will be our dearest friend to remind without any expectations? — “Our Smart phone” - use it wisely.
Our smart phone reminders are punctual and we should not avoid / cheat them. At any time in our lives, we can treat ourselves greatly but never cheat yourself, it will ruin us.
If we are not implementing anything new (not bad ones ☻) in our lives, we are not living.
Habits are what keep us growing, but be careful with growth direction. Because our habits will determine our future.
You know something - we all got inspired while seeing successful people, but inspiration can’t keeps us grow, “Following their good Habits, will do”.
Get used to our habits in phased manner (not in overnight). If you get it in overnight, you will lose it on another night ☹︎. Like “Rome was not built in a day”.
Finance example - Investing / Trading - which one of these, makes most of us rich with consistent hard work. Trading is short term while investing is long term. 99% of traders fails but in investing, with monthly ₹1000/- SIP, we can earn good amount of money.

So grow a habit step by step, our success rate will grow. We will never change our life until change something we do daily. Our success is always lies in our daily routine.
In final lap, I wanna give you one insight - i.e., 21/90 rule. We take 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to make it a permanent life-style change.
We need to believe “Habits can be changed”, then we can amend them as we wish. All the best 👍.
